We went to Sweden with the LoST project to promote cheeses to the Swedish public.
LoST, (Looking for the Sustainability of Taste in Europe), represents outstanding Italian cheeses such as Vastedda della Valle del Belìce, il Murazzano, il Roccaverano, l’Ossolano dalla Regione Piemonte, il Puzzone di Moena dal Trentino, lo Strachitunt dalla Lombardia e il Pecorino Siciliano
Thanks to the contibute of the Italian Embassy of Sweden and partnership of Swedish professionals, from November 26 to 30 it was possible to bring to Sweden the enormous partimonio preserved by the 8 Italian PDOs. Little-known realities in Sweden, which were greatly appreciated
