Vastedda della Valle Belìce DOP in Sweden with the LoST project

  We went to Sweden with the LoST project to promote cheeses to the Swedish public.
LoST, (Looking for the Sustainability of Taste in Europe), represents outstanding Italian cheeses such as Vastedda della Valle del Belìce, il Murazzano, il Roccaverano, l’Ossolano dalla Regione Piemonte, il Puzzone di Moena dal Trentino, lo Strachitunt dalla Lombardia e il Pecorino Siciliano

  Thanks to the contibute of the Italian Embassy of Sweden and partnership of Swedish professionals, from November 26 to 30 it was possible to bring to Sweden the enormous partimonio preserved by the 8 Italian PDOs. Little-known realities in Sweden, which were greatly appreciated

  Cibus is the trade fair event organized by Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare. Back to live after two years of pandemic. The 2022 edition, the 21st, will remain open from 3 to 6 May.
Expectations speak of 60.000 visitors, over 3.000 exhibitors and 50.000 professional operators.
The theme of the event is "The economic and social responsibility of the Italian agri-food industry - continuing to guarantee access to food and work during and after crises, through a new model of increasingly sustainable development"
